"Like others, I would give 0 stars. Sent 2 faux fur blankets to be cleaned. It took far longer than quoted and they were burnt and scratchy when we got them back. One of those was a 600$ blanket. Please, please do not use this business."
"Absolutely destroyed 7 out of 16 shirts, three of which were brand new. All the buttons were broken, some shirts had burn spots or huge starch stains. Do not recommend using these guys."
"My clothes are in worse condition and more stained now than when I dropped them off 3 WEEKS ago. After asking multiple times, in 3 weeks time they didn’t even bother to iron them. They are stained all over by god knows what and unwearable now."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Long story short, I dropped my wedding dress off there to get preserved February of 2020. They did not label my dress when they sent it to the preservation company, and it was lost for a year. After lots of phone calls to Ray’s… they found it in a box in the back of the shop that has been sitting there for months and they labeled and sent back to preservation company. Now (2022) they have no idea where the wedding dress is. We have called at least 100 times to check on the dress, get a manager, the owner, someone to call us back, and still nothing! Furious Is an understatement!!"
