"Avoid this one this year!! Prepared messed up my return and i had to come back 3 times and get it fixed then told me i owed student loans.when i told her i have never taken student loans out before she got an attitude and said no you had too.she also had a shady individual hanging out with her who frankly looked like a herion addict. Me personnaly i think they were trying to scam me out of my tax money.BTW she called an hour after i left about the student loans and said there was a mix up and i didnt owe any loans plz go to another jackson hewitt i will be reporting her to corprate"
