"I am fond of doing my own laundry but ifiam pinched for task time, they offer laundry service. then Charge by the pound. i had a 15-1 b garbage bag stuffed plenty full, it was like 20 bucks. i felt i should tip because both times i have used the service, they have carried myI laundry out and loaded it in my car. it's an older building that is pretty clean. i have a washer and dryer but i promise you, i will use them again if i get "PRESSED" for time. ."
"They were all friendly. I had just came from school but I had to go to work & asked if I could please leave my clothes until morning & pick them up. The woman was unsure and said I had to pay which was fine. I came to pick them up the next morning. I got home and noticed I was missing stuff. I called the next day and it was a different person and I got my other clothes but I was still missing my stuff. My towels and my clothes. I’m a college student and a worker and my dryer went out and it makes me sad because I don’t have much money so I guess I’m just out of luck basically on the stuff that went missing or that someone took. But all the staff was nice. The lady gave me a number to someone who could possibly fix my dryer. I’m just sad my stuff went missing."
"Dropped off clothes for wash and fold. Cost $1.40 per pound with a 12 pound minimum. They text you when clothes are finished and ready for pick-up. The place appeared to be clean. They also offer some sewing and ironing. The lady was polite and listened to my requested instructions for folding. Staying in a camper with limited space it is nice to have things folded small. I will go back again. Edit: Why give instructions of preference of folding of clothes when one person accepts the clothes and another person does them without regard of the instructions. Should I speak directly to the person doing the clothes? Were my instructions not clear? Were the instructions not passed over to the person to do the task?"
"The owner is exceptional and is also a Navy Veteran! Thank you for your service. Bonus- the music they play is awesome. There's also wifi and a pool table..."
"The owners truly cater to their customers. They are so friendly and courteous!!! The seamstress is AMAZING!!! I watched her take the leather jacket of an 80+ year old elderly lady where the shoulders were worn out, and replace it with beautiful material and made the belt match!!! The lady didn't want to purchase a new coat and wanted to keep her jacket alive. . .to see life brought to a dying jacket was amazing!!! She also alters a lot of my pants and bras as I lose weight so that I don't have to buy new clothes!!! They wash clothes, dry clean, and iron for a lot of business people including judges and lawyers as well as the "average" person like myself lol!!! Thank you Michael and Janet for being a bright spot in our community!!!"
