"I am so thankful to have heard of Highland One!!! Before they came, the first a/c tech that looked at our unit said we needed a new computer board and that's why the unit was not working. Also said it would be hundreds of dollars to replace it, if they did it, plus charge us a fee every month to service it!!! I'm like Really!!! I never heard of that, being charge a fee every month to service your unit!!! So, we need a second opinion. We had an appt set with Highland One and was the best second opinion ever!!! We didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars!!! The problem was something so simple and I have paperwork right in front of me of what they did!! Unlike the first a/tech who left me nothing to be view. So I give Highland One 6 stars and will continue to seek there services and will recommend to others!!!"
