"Our heat went out on Christmas Eve one of the coldest days this year. I called around and could not get anyone to come out until I called RAM. They were very nice and had someone come out right away. William Nelson was our tech and he was great. He fixed our issue and got our heat up and running very quickly. Fernie is a great guy and explained lots of information to me in layman's terms and delivered on his quote. When the "crew" showed up to install my new A/C unit, they were respectful of my space, my time and my home. They explained in great detail what they were doing and even gave me tips on increasing the life of my unit and how to ensure that it was the most energy efficient. As they were wrapping up, even more guys showed up for cleanup and to explain the thermostat programming options and best practices. "We have a service contract with Ram and have been impressed with their excellent service. Shannon found we needed freon in our larger unit and said we probably had a leak. Tom performed leak detection and found a small leak and fixed it. At a later date our small unit stopped operating and Mike came immediately on a weekend to replace the capacitor. All were professional, on time, knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend Ram."
