"There fees are absolutely too high, as I have dealt with them in the pass years, I will not allow them to prepare my taxes again. The unnecessary high fees and if your return is not over a 1000.00 you will not get any loan not even a quick 100. So since I didn’t want to lose out on another 400+ because I work hard for my money, I prepared them yourself, and I Max my refund! I came to the conclusion that I will wait on the irs to open and simply apply, and enter my information as Jackson Hewitt does and not only was it easy, fast and literally prompted me to add amounts! I won’t ever lose money again. I will not advise anyone with a simple w2 and with no tax issue to use these companies. Do it yourself it’s easy!"
