"Was on Sunday evening and was stopped at the door asked what I was doing said going to wash clothes she said they were closed I said but your business said that open on the internet she said no we close at 4 so I go look at the time on my phone and it said 343 I said it's not even 4 she said that all our washers take over 20 minutes. I said I can't just wash these she said no. 8 asked her what her name was she said Joann she said you can give me a bad review I said that not even it ...it's customer service. There was 2 gentleman doing their laundry. If she could use said it differently than that was would be different. But she was totally rude and I didn't deserve that."
