"Finally got the rest of my tree down just now! It had a hollow spot at one time and someone poured concrete down in the hollow. These guys could’ve walked away from the job and they kept coming back determined to get it down. They ruined 8 chains trying to cut it down and I offered extra money to replace those chains and they said don’t worry about it. If you’re in Sabine County I highly recommend M. Brock Tree Service for all you tree needs! They will be back in the morning to grind the stump as well."

"I hired him for specific things. he ended up doing not even half a job. he hauled nothing away and left all the debris on the lawn. he got nasty with me when i said i expected a complete job for complete payment. he knew i lived out of town and wouldn't be to the property for a while and took advantage. thank god for the amazing people i found to mow and maintain the lawn who sent me after pictures with tree limbs all over the yard. he even threw tree branches in the creek instead of hauling any debris off. I can't recommend doing any business with him at this time. I hope he treats other people better than he did me. i will be opening a case with the BBB so that he does not take advantage again. i have texts, photos, etc. backing up what he was supposed to handle and how he left it. This is just one example. he trimmed random trees and literally just left it all there for someone else to clean up. my creek is now full of tree bits and the main one he was supposed to handle didn't hardly get touched."
