"Where to begin. They don't answer the phone when you call. They close the office without warning. They set their phones so that you get a disconnect message. They don't call you back after your appointments. They've had my taxes for 2 weeks with zero follow up. I finally got one of them to answer the phone and they hung up on me. Avoid this office. Then again. This behavior might be limited to the preparer I was dealing with. I had to make a 2nd appointment to find out what's going on and it's with a different preparer. Worst service ever encountered at an H&R Block and I've been using them for 20 years."
