He was very patient with me when I asked questions and didn’t mind our teenage special needs son hanging around while he worked. One thing that I thought was an extra special touch, he cleaned up all of the saw dust ect. I’ve never had anyone work in our home who left it as if nothing happened. "Logan is who I call. Does excellent work, very reasonably priced. He listens, has a nice calm demeanor about him, never condescending. The first time I called Logan it was to fix what an established local contractor had messed up. I told said contractor do not put one of those pvc butterfly shut-off valves, I want a brass/stainless lever type valve-something that will last. I'm talking an underground house main shut-off valve. Months later, water puddle in the yard, knew what happened. Sure enough he didn't listen and it failed. Talk about pissed! I called around for plumbers and Logan called me back. He replaced the failed valve with a better valve and while he was there I had him replace an outside faucet as well. Just clean good work, very impressed. I've been bugging him ever since (5 times), he just changed a few days ago the regulator for my propane tanks (had a leak), this one is better...has a fuel level gauge on it. Call ASI if you want someone who does quality work."
