"I have always used this cleaning for a long time I know for almost 4 years or longer but here lately when I would pick up my clothes something are not done right I requested for my pants not to heavy starch or heavy starch or just regular press when I get home with my clothes something are not done I sent the owner a letter of my disappointment Tracy send me a letter back telling me that he doesn't want any more of my business what kind of mess is this get upset with a customer cause he or she are concerned about the service they are receiving it you're workers not doing what they supposed to be will let them go same thing"

"Came into town for less than 24 hours for the funeral of a loved one. I called and asked if I could just have the wrinkles pressed out of my suit from the flight. I explained to the older lady why I was in town and could I have a fresh press. She said they were turning the steam off soon so I would need to come now. This is at 930am and they close at 530pm. She said they’d be ready at 430pm. I asked how that could be if the steam is turning off. What would they be doing with my suit for the next 6 hours? I explained that I had to be at the funeral home by 4 and she said, ok I can get it for you by 330. Again, I explained the timing and offered to pay more but could I have it at least with enough time to dress, so I don’t have to get ready at the funeral home? No empathy, no condolences for my loss, no willingness to give any effort to make the 10 minute process of pressing a suit happen before the moment I needed it 6 hours later. I was really shocked. I live in Florida but from Louisiana and know the people to be caring and thoughtful. It seemed they were trying to make it difficult to help someone in need. After losing a family member, then spending $1000 of a last minute flight, and all the other things needing to be managed, I’m disappointed that this company has that level of service. The suit was ready by noon for $18 (literally to steam a few items that had a few wrinkles but were already dry cleaned) but it was an unnecessary interaction."
