"So far, I've had no problems with this establishment. They have done an excellent job on my clothes each time and got them back in a timely manner. The prices are fairly reasonable. I'm satisfied with them."

"I use to love this cleaners under the previous owner- The Rak. Now, not all items cost $2.25. Some items cost $1 more and it takes much longer to get your clothes back- 3 days. It's an all new staff and I miss seeing my old friends. Very disappointing."

To be honest, I wish the employees had been a little more straightforward about when my clothes would be ready and not had me waste my time coming out twice to find they were not done as they said they would be. That said, after reading other reviews I now understand the system by which The Rak operates and how I can ensure same day service. Depending on how good my clothes look when I pick them up will determine whether or not I continue to do business here.
