"I dropped my suit off 25th August. Wife picked it up following Monday and it looked the same as the day I took it to cleaners. Being I'm an hr away and waisted my money I'm pissed. Asked for a refund and they said I had to bring my suit back the next day because the longer it sits on hanger the worse it gets.. OK I'm officially dumb. I did tell the it's a one hr drive ONE WAY!"

"I dropped clothes off and asked if they could do extremely heavy starch and was told they “absolutely could”. I picked clothes up and they still have wrinkles in them and I do not think they have any starch in them. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I said extra starch multiple times, so it is disappointing that I paid $90 for a terrible job. I was reassured several times that they could do the heavy starch but sadly they did not do what they said they could. I do not recommend taking clothes here."

"Brought in coupon 10 items cleaned for $1.99. I thought I was charged to much but did not look at receipt till I got home. There were 2 tickets each for 5 items. One ticket charged me the normal $2.29 per item. When I asked about it they said the $1.99 is for dry cleaned items only and I had 5 shirts laundered. I did not ask shirts to be laundered. The girl asked me if I wanted starch and I said light starch. She says that means you wanted them laundered. No it does not. If I hand her a coupon stating min. 10 items dry cleaned for $1.99 each and because 5 are being laundered, it is her job to explain to me that all items have to be dry cleaned to get that price. She knew exactly what she was doing. Its a scheme. Naturally they have no website where you can report a problem, no facebook page either. Obviously the complaints would be so bad they would never get any business. It is not the money I am complaining about, it is the principle."
