"We used Heaven Scent for a move out clean. They forgot to finish cleaning the oven, and left. After bringing it to her attention, she told me that she would come back out and finish the job. After several messages…commitments…and missed appointments, she just stopped responding to our messages. We had to hire a second company to come out and finish the job for the folks that bought our house. We realize that mistakes happen, and tried to give them the opportunity to fix the mistake (several times)… But it seemed like once they had the money, they weren’t interested in addressing the situation."

"We hired Heaven Scent to do a standard move out clean. They missed the scheduled appointment that we had with them, and then rescheduled to come out in the middle of the night to clean. They did a decent job on the house, but forgot to finish cleaning the oven, and left their cleaning solution all over the inside of it. Mistakes happen…so I messaged the woman that did the cleaning, and she apologized, and said that she would come back out later that day to finish the oven. Well…..one day turned into several days, and several excuses as to why she hadn’t made it back out to finish the job (that I had already paid for…and gave a great tip!). At this point, I had to close on the property and the new owners had to move in with a filthy oven. I had to end up paying a different company to come out and finish the job. The owner of Heaven Scent decided to just stop responding to my messages. I would recommend finding a company that has a little more integrity, and cares about the satisfaction of the customers keeping them in business."
