"I bought my AC from Gore March 2019 and have had them come do a yearly maintenance. Of course my old AC died on the weekend but Johnny was there Monday to see what was needed, and within a few days inside and outside units were installed and running, fixing several things that were not done correctly when previous unit was installed. This past Sunday evening my AC was not cooling, so I called left a message (expecting call Tuesday as Monday was Labor day) but a couple hours later I got a call back with instructions (and explanation of what happened) on what to do to fix the issue.
