I had/have fragile items I wanted to be stored safer. They were old prints and oil paintings from long-deceased relatives. I found some of them outside exposed to the elements. Thankfully I was able to rescue some of them. The workers do good work. They have no idea what items the clients of ServPro hold sentimental. And rains come and they do protect items with tarps. Overall ServPro and their workers do a hangup job and the company provides a valuable service"

"We had a house fire and was recommend servpro by our insurance company. They are horrible after they get the money they take their time fixing everything. I call the supervisor and he always say he's going to come look at the house. He have never came to the house. The electricians that work for him was caught drinking on the job I told him about it and also took pictures. He still never came out to look at the damage that was caused by his drunk employees. He want to say maybe a intruder did it. Do not use them they are horrible. Plus they will over charge you. $10,000 for a small kitchen burn."
