"I have been using Volkswagen for my oil changes for about 3 years. Service has always been great. Last month my car had a coolant leak, I had them check it out when they were doing the last oil change, and they said they would need to do a diagnostic test which could take up to 6 hours. scheduled that service about 3 weeks later. I had to drop my car off at 8:30 am and find a ride to bring me to work, only for Volkswagen to call me 15 minutes later and tell me they can't work on my car, because they can't get Audi parts, which doesn't really make sense because Audi is their sister company, and just a couple of weeks ago, they were willing to get this done?? Not sure where the missed communication was?? Seems like to me they just didnt want to bother with it. Brought it to another mechanic shop, they already have the parts ordered, and spoke to my warranty company who will be paying for the repairs."

"I brought my car in yesterday 6/12/2023 from 10am-5:30pm I told them my car is leaking bad and showed them where I believe the water is getting in from(would’ve been a easy fix) and they didn’t if even check it out; didn’t pull the carpet up to check for water damage or anything. My husband and I fixed the majority of the leak problem in their parking lot(which is where I told them the leak was coming from). Also if you’re having problems that they can’t duplicate right then, you’re not getting anything fixed! One of the service ladies always have an attitude towards you when you’re trying to explain what needs to be done."

"Brought my VW here for an oil change last year, everything went great and smooth. 3000 miles later I lose all my oil in my engine. The oil filter housing was loose. Never happened before and they tell me they need to charge me roughly $150 to change the oil and clean up their mistake instead of taking responsibility for messing up. Recommend any other place for an oil change cause they are not doing it right here."

"My family and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this establishment and each time we did a very thorough job trying to ensure the car we were going to get would be the right deal for us. Each time we visited multiple dealerships and found cars that we liked as much as the cars found on the lot of Volkswagen. What really sold us was the professionalism and honesty about what they charge for. Unlike a lot of dealers whose fixed fees ranged from 1500 to 3000 ( which were mandatory upgrades, that allegedly could not be removed , even though you could easily remove some of their services yourself) , volkswagen of beaumont had 0 fees that were mandatory and even tinted every vehicles windows for free. The sales staff were Austin and Paula and the finance staff was Logan. All of the above staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience buying vehicles through them. If you're shopping for a vehicle check this place out, can not recommend them enough"
