"I have to say, I'm a little puzzled at the high rating for this place when we had quite the opposite experience. Our tax advisor, while he seemed nice, was not professional nor competent during any of our interactions. He kept messing up numbers so my husband had to sit there with a calculator and help out. They were not meticulous when reviewing anything with us, in fact he was more interested in leaving early than making sure we were taken care of. For a company that proclaims their affordability, our fee was astronomically high. $514, and we were given no warning or notice until it was due. At the very least, please let us know how much it will be so that we can make the judgement of whether or not we would like to engage their services. We filed a formal complaint and I hope that this branch makes it a policy to let future customers know what the hell they'll be paying up front. Or at least an estimate before a bank account is totally annihilated."

"Having serious communication problems with this branch. Our agent was sick and no one informed us of his absence. We went to the office to find out he has taken a sick day. Also found out the office is unable to extend the courtesy to notify their clients if the agent is out sick. Very poor office management."

They'll also get you set up for an appointment for the next year, should you choose to do so, and will be happy to answer any other questions if you need to contact them."
