"Room could of been cleaner, bathroom door didn't latch, no lock on the actual room door, ac unit would not stay on. All in all I would only recommend as a very last resort"

"This was the worst hotel check-in I've ever experienced. I paid through Priceline and they tried to say I didn't so I had to sit in the lobby for over half an hour on the phone getting it fixed and while waiting heard one rooms toilet wasn't working and another rooms lights weren't working. I still had to stay cause I already paid and it was too late to cancel and get my money back. Our own mini fridge or toilet didn't work. I do not recommend"

"I was charged twice for the same room. On check in I asked at the desk if there were 2 rooms booked as my credit card was charged twice. I was told I only had one room booked. I live 45 miles from location upon going to the room we didn't feel comfortable putting our luggage in the room. Coffee pot had 1/2 inch of coffee left in it growing mold. Coffee filter compartment had molding filter left in it. We booked room for 2 nights. Upon arrival we sprayed the room with frabreze to see if we could eliminate the mildew smell. Spent a few hours in town, came back to the room and it still smelled like swamp. Opted to drive home after finding dead roaches in bathroom. Contacted OYO hotel chain explaining the situation, was only offered a free stay. Still charged twice, disputed the charges with credit card company even after sending in single room receipt. Still had to pay double booking. Very disappointing in the lack of customer service."

"I’ve stayed here several times. (Cheap) Each time the room gets better. But you have to remember you get what you pay for. So I don’t expect the same from here as I do $130+ places I’ve stayed. I gave it three stars overall because it is inexpensive and I expected what I got this time. Plus they have very nice people there."

"Horrible. No towels in room, No soap in room. Carpet was very dirty and the smell ugh. Sorry but I will not be visiting your hotel again. I paid for 3 nights and stayed 1 night only. Tried to call the front desk and No answer. Front door locked had to wait for clerk to unlock it to check in. The lobby smelled like someone was burning Cow chips. Hope it can improve."
