"If i could give less than 1 star I would. They screwed up my return, by over $2800.00. I told Aleaner, the lady that messed them up, that there was no way that was right. She then told me I had to pay $300.00 for the service fee for having a "complicated return" which was also incorrect. Turbo tax had both states I loved in, and federal, all paying me. So I called corporate and they assured me I would be refunded the service fee, which they admitted I should have never been charged. It took 2 months, multiple phone calls to corporate, and 4 more office visits to get my return amended. I am still, 2 full months later, waiting for my refund for the service fee. This store was unhelpful, and very unprofessional."
