"this was my 3rd year but after arriving at my appointment I was told I did not confirm ( yet i did it's on my phone) and staff was incredible abrupt and rude. My preparer took a call as we we were going to her cubby and she just stopped abruptly to take care of the call while I stood there. I had to leave. no good morning, how are you, sullen ,unsmiling, no please, no thank you, no " would you take a seat?" just barked commands and made me feel entirely unwelcome. I got the message and left."
"I've been been a client for year 2021 and 2022. Both years I've been seen by senior tax preparers with +20 years of experience. They do have tax knowledge; however, they do not have basic computer skills that leads them to make abysmal errors that cost me HOURS and DAYS to fix. Both years my tax returns contained simple errors that cost me to have completely wrong returns. What a disappointment and joke of a branch. Terrible customer service. None of them are computer literate and doubled booked me with other clients."
