"Where do I start . The first time they had my commercial machine for 6 weeks. The machine was working just wanted it cleaned and see if they could adjust the height of the foot. I was told the tech would call me and we could tslk about it, but no call. I had to call several times was told waiting for screws to replace after foot adjustment . After 6 weeks pick machine up paid over 160 dollars to get home and would not sew anything but thick material several layers. I called told me to bring back then was told after few weeks waiting for a tool and screws to readjust foot height. Finally after a month after calling several times was told machine was ready so I picked it up. I got home sewed stiches was smaller than before and bigger in reverse, I called again and was told I needed a stitch regulator and it had to come from UK. I was not told that until I called back but they did not center a notch for the stich length so one way would be bigger than the other. Anyway I was lied to I asked for a refund so I can get fixed have not heard from them, this is why I am writing this needless to say I had it fixed from someone that knows how to repair machines in 15 minutes no parts and not from UK. Never touch another one of my machines. Oh and are no tool to adjust the height lies all lies. For 2 months could not get it right 15 minutes sews like it did new no parts . They wanted me to pay more no thanks. 160 dollar rip off....karma coming"
