It is worth driving from Lake Charles as 3 other closer businesses either did not have part after saying they did, decided I needed no service, or had wrong hours posted in maps. My wait was shorter than predicted. There are also nice phone cases, large speakers, and other items to browse while waiting."

"I recently went to the one in Sulphur, was treated rudely the whole time. He yelled at me for coming to check in on my device. I dropped off my switch so that he could replace a broken joystick, and when I got it back the display wasn’t working. It was working before I gave it to him, the only issue was the joystick. He then told me that he was going to charge ME for the damage he caused. He said that it was me who caused the damage because it “had been opened before” when I had never opened it & bought it brand new. He is a liar and a scammer. I took my switch somewhere else because I didn’t want to give this crook any more business and he cost me $120 in damages. Do not take your business to the hitech on east napoleon st."
