"I contact the company to hook up a water line and to tie in a septic line to an existing septic system. Show up with no quote, no materials list of what they purchased or needed for the job. I personally dug out the trenches for the lines, dug up the existing pipes where the new needed to be tied in. All they had to do was show up and drop the lines. Again, with no bid, just show up and claim it’s 2,300 job and are requiring payment. What an absolute joke. This company is ridiculous, I would never recommend anyone use their services."
"I’ve used this company many times in the past, I was happy when the owner came out, but not when he sends out the boys. Last time the sink was clogged they said I wasn’t using enough water when I ran the garbage disposal, so I quit using the disposal. So this time the boy said it was clogged from the grease in the cans of green beans we eat!! He ask if we eat them every day. Really No!!! I was confused on that one and I’m not aware of greasy green beans, but most of all they charged me $465.00 SERIOUSLY!!!! My physician doesn’t even charge me that much without insurance and he went to school for 12 years They charge $275.00 for the first hour and $200.00 after that but my husband did get $5 discount for over 65 and $5 discount for being a veteran I should be thankful, but it’s kind of an insult. When I was shocked at the price he said well everything’s gone up, but he didn’t bring any out to my house that cost extra, I even let him use my phone and our drain snake because his wasn’t working right. What happened to the days when your name meant more than the dollar bill, not in this case. I’m not saying we needed it for free because we didn’t but this was definitely price gouging"
