"Very expensive. 5 pieces were $50.57. Then I went back to pick up my items and they were talking about me badly because I forgot my ticket. She asked for my ID so I went back to the car and the one lady said, “ she came in here without her ticket and no ID” she was very disrespectful. They WILL NOT ever get my business again!!!!!!"

"I have never been here. My account was hacked and someone used my debit card here I live way out of this state . I another state far from here. I have no business in Michigan or wherever this place is. I have never left my home state."

"I hate to submit bad reviews....but I have given this business there last chance I am sorry to say. Needed dress blues cleaned for funeral duty in 5 days. Was told they could get it done but wouldn't be ready till Saturday at closing.(funeral on Sunday 5 hrs away)...it was considered a "rush" job so it would cost 58.00. (1 set of blues!!). Leesville Cleaners did it for 12.00 and was done 4.35 hours. THE SAME DAY!!! They looked great, customer service was awesome, staff was happy to be at work!!.... so with this said this is the 3rd time I have given this business a chance. I am sorry but no soldier needs to pay that much!!!"

"Terrible turn around time for double the price of the other cleaners. Do yourself a favor and drive into town and pay $12 for same day service. 5 Star wanted $22 for 2.5 day turn around and an extra 15 hours to hav it in 1.5 days."

"Terrible service. They charge more than anywhere else in the area. I turned in a uniform on a Monday and was told it would be ready by 3pm Thursday (reasonable). I tried to pick it up around noon on friday and it wasn't ready. In summary: if you want to pay more more slower service, this is your place. If you want to get your clothing back on time at a good price, go somewhere else."
