"My79 year old father purchased an A/C unit from Scallion Heating A/C Electric a year ago and we have had continuous issues. Scallion Heating A/C Electric put in an inside unit that is incompatible with the outside unit. This has caused MAJOR problems with the entire A/C system. The A/C has not cooled properly since that day. We have contacted Scallion Heating A/C Electric on several occasions to come out and correct the problem. They came out several times and made adjustments; needless to say, the issue has not been resolved. On several days, it has been too hot for my 79 year old father to stay at his own home. Scallion Heating A/C Electric should correct their mistake by, replacing the inside unit with a unit that is compatible with outside unit. I do not understand how a mistake of this magnitude can be made by supposedly Heating A/C Electric professionals."
