"Short version - prompt, friendly, polite and professional service with no pressure to upsell anything and explained possible future issues that will need to be fixed sometime in the future but not now. Very satisfied with his work. I called early in the morning due to HVAC not blowing in a house I just bought. The gentleman that answered was polite, listened to my problems and gave me a time the same day someone could be out. Jacob called back about two hours later to say that he would be free earlier than expected and was available to come sooner if I wanted if it was convenient for me. Once here, he listened to my issues, examined the system inside and out and explained my concerns with the seller’s inspection from the prior week. He didn’t pressure me to upgrade or change anything that I didn’t need to at the time (thermostat was broken) and pointed out a few things I need to keep an eye on in the future that I wasn’t aware of. I was unaware of some exposed wiring that had been left bare that anyone, including a child, could have touched and been seriously injured but thankfully Jacob was thorough in his work, found it and wrapped it up to make it safe. An overall great job by Jacob and I’ll be calling this company for any needs in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs their service."
