"I had an appointment with mr.steinke on Monday July 3,2017 for 12-5 to fix my washer. I called Monday to see when he was coming around 1. He didn't answer(not an issue) so I left a voicemail. I hadn't heard from him so at about 430 that afternoon I called. He answers this time an I introduced myself. He was like oh yea I got your message earlier I'm not going to make it out there. I'll get out there friday(didn't give me a time). I would understand if he would have called and informed me but he didn't even have the decency to do that. So today July 7 I called in the morning(arround 11) to get a time when to expect him as I had errands to run. Still no answer so I left a voicemail. Still have not heard from him. It is 4 now. If you can't make one appt and say you will do it another day you should probably keep your client informed and not blow off their calls. This is very unproffesional. I would give this company 0 stars but that's not an option."
