"I called EG&OD at 8:00 am on a Monday morning about our garage door and Lenny called 5 minutes later and told me that he was on the way. By 9:30 am he had the old spring removed, new one on and was leaving. Excellent service."

"Don’t recommend working for them. They play favorites, and just laid off my fiancé (sole provider of our 3 kids), because they couldn’t afford the amount of Christmas bonuses as prior years so everybody was upset and mad. Therefore- he laid off the last 3 people he hired. Over Christmas bonuses and other workers throwing a fit and being greedy about how much money they get- it costed the very way we afford and take care of our family and bills. Avoid working for them. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, as well as the work force."
"Blake called before he came and showed up and realigned the door and did some minor maintenance and I was up and running in about an hour. Very satisfied with the prompt service particularly being in December around the holidays. Will definitely use Eldorado Glass and Overhead again if the need ever arises. Thanks again"
