"Sorry for leaving a one star review for you, I tried so many times to communicate, just didn't get any answer. Update: Mr. Jeff Noble, here is just an update to help us refresh our minds. My RA20 unit stopped working suddenly in the middle of the summer. I reached out to a couple of local Rheem pro contractors and they didn’t want to deal with what they called advanced inverter unit. Then Rheem customer service introduced you to us to figure out what the issue can be and fix it. The first conversation we had, you offered to drive for 3 hours come and 3 hours back, but you also mentioned that will be the whole day service charge, and I was okay with that if we were certain that we can diagnose and fix the unit within that day. But you said that you will come to diagnose and send a report to T from Rheem. At this point I asked you: is it possible if we just video call and I explicitly said I will pay for your time whether is couple of hours or so (not 8 hours). And if you recall, you said YES, you are okay with that too, only I need to have a volt/amp meter device. So we hung up and you wanted to let me know whenever you are free later, even over a weekend. Then you never replied my calls and texts since then while you could simply say NO it is not possible over a video call, not only the first time we talked, but also after my multiple attempts to reach out to you. As you see, I didn’t/don’t say anything negative about your business or your technical knowledge, in fact I was just simply hopeful that there is someone who has a deep understanding of this advanced unit and can resolve the issue. That’s all, again the intent never was to get a free service!"
