"We contacted this company on Friday the 17th of this month in regards to changing/replacing a breaker. The company sent someone out that morning, the employee stated the whole breaker box needed to be replaced and someone from the office would contact us back. According to the employee our air conditioner had been pulling too many amps causing it to blow hot air. So therefor the unit has not been running. Keep in mind it is 90ish degrees outside….We never received a phone call updating us on the status of the breaker box. My fiancé called at 11ish, an employee stated he was working on the order and would send it over as soon as he was done. My fiancé called again at 1ish and the employee was kind of rude stating “it is a process, and they have to find one, they didn’t have any in stock. And it probably wouldn’t be done that day”……….. it is now Tuesday and after an extremely hot weekend of temperatures reaching almost to 100 degrees, we still have NOT received a phone call or email stating ANY status on a breaker box. It has been 5 days without any air conditioning. I understand that most electrical companies don’t work on the weekends, and I also understand that ordering equipment “is a process” but I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service in starting a new work week to not even have the decency to update their customers on an important matter."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 8 am. By 845 I had not heard from anyone and no one had shown up. So I called and asked what was going on. Gentlemen said that they would not be coming today. So I said that a phone call would have been nice. Gentlemen hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. Not calling and updating me was wrong but to hang up on a customer is worse. Absolutely ridiculous!!!"
