"Called on a early Saturday afternoon about an issue which took out my AC. Spoke with Dusty who was quick to assess the problem over the phone and explained the options available to get my AC working again. He made a couple of calls and in a few minutes I had an appointment for a technician to come out to fix the problem. The technician, Travis, arrived 3 hours or so after I called Dusty (within the promised arrival window) and was professional, courteous, and quickly took care of the problem.
