"Hi! In 2016, I purchased what I thought was an IPhone 5 from this place. Right from the start of purchasing this phone I had battery issues, now almost 2 years later my phone dies every hour. My solution was to just go get a battery replacement, I live in Houston and places like Office Depot have a tech center where they can do battery replacements. So the first place I went to was Office Depot, and they told me that everything on the inside of my phone was counterfeit! They told me I was sold a phone with an authentic apple shell, but the inside was completely not an apple product! So naturally I decided to take my phone to the APPLE STORE, and get a second opinion, they also told me that the inside of my phone was not theirs and that Apple does not make these parts in my phone. So I decided to call this shop, these people are so unbelievable defensive about the fact that they sold me a FAKE IPHONE. I'm very disappointed that I paid $200 for a COUNTERFEIT IPHONE. They keep accusing me and my mother of lying to them about my story. I'm just a hard working person trying to fix my phone and no one can fix it for me because these battery parts and the motherboard are not apple products. I will be telling all of my friends about this place I received a fake phone from thank you."
