"Took my laptop in. I paid for the "total tech" ($200), told me my hard drive was bad and I had to outsource Windows 10 home (licensed)to replace the operating system. They can't get it. Almost nobody sells Winows 10 home anymore bc they're pushing 11. $151 later they tell me it's not the hard drive, it's the motherboard and they'll reimburse me for the software. But not the case when I picked up my laptop from the store. So they charged me $200 just to cost me another $150 and my laptop still doesn't work. Can't return the software because they opened it to install it on a laptop that didn't need it smdh. Geek Squad in Bossier City, LA is a joke. Don't waste your time and money."

"Sent a computer to be fixed by them, all they did was reinstall drivers, which did not fix the issue. They gave it back to me saying it was fixed, but it still had the exact same issue when I got home. Don’t waste your money like I did, take your issues elsewhere."
