"We had something going on with our a/c unit and called the first person we googled, which was a different company than Arete. The first company came out and immediately said it was a bad compressor, tried to tell us that we needed to buy new units for the inside and outside, which would’ve been $10,000. We wanted a second opinion so we found Jared with Arete on facebook and we gave him a call around 7:30 pm. He came out the next morning at 7:30 am and told us it was NOT the compressor and began the diagnosis. The first company broke our outside box, closed a valve, and pulled a wire loose, which Jared and his helper fixed and saved us so much money. I cannot thank Jared, his helper, and Arete enough for their hard work, dedication, knowledge, and for getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner. We will not call anyone other than Jared if we ever have issues with it again. If anyone around Longview/Marshall area has any a/c issues, Jared is your guy.
