"They didn't inform me of certain credits I could have received during the tax filing process even though I informed them of my child being in college!! I think they just throw people in front of a computer and tell them to "wing it" if you ask me!! The two people that prepared my taxes for the last two years had no knowledge of my situation and wasn't informative at all!! I wasn't even told last year that I OWED state taxes until I called back a few months later looking for a return!!"
