"If I return it will only be because of Ms. Cindy! The store smells awful like cats and cat urine. I made an appointment only to wait over an hour. Ms. Cindy took me in because the person I was assigned to never showed up. One of the employees walks around barefoot going from inside to outside to smoke with visible BLACK dirt under her feet. The smell of the business is beyond unprofessional and caused me to leave with a headache!"
