"this is the most racist, rude, disrespectful establishment i’ve ever had the displeasure to step foot in.. on top of that there knowledge of prices and products is extremely outdated and the ignorance and obvious display of racism is so apparent it made me sick. i can’t believe this place is even able to function and do business like this. Due to technology obsolescence, market demands and other factors, we are so sorry that we could not offer to buy your merchandises which cause you to be very upset and shouted out while you were in the store.l **EDIT AFTER READING REPLY** after reading this i feel the need to actually defend myself and point out the flat out lies made… first- you’ve made me an offer on every item i’ve brought in.. the whole first statement about not being able to buy my merchandise is false.. the unwillingness to listen or learn about the item combined with the absolutely insanely low offer is what caused me to refuse the offer.. but the offer was made. each time.. which leads to “me yelling out in the store” that’s just a bold, plain out lie..maybe you have me confused with someone else, but- i’ve never raised my voice and have always been respectful even when the disrespect was apparent - i understand other languages enough to know i was being talked about and referred to in a VERY derogatory manner. I had someone with me almost every time i’ve been here and they can all vouch for me in this regard. and third- nothing was ever clearly explained to me. when asked for reasoning as to why offers were so low- i was told “i don’t understand the resale industry” and “any other pawn shop will give me the same price” - funny, because i DID get a second opinion on 3 different items- and they almost TRIPLED the offer i received from Magazine.. again- i can provide proof of this as well. i can’t believe that"

"The worst experience I have ever had. No respect or value for the people or their property. Went in last week with a Xbox One and was offered $40, went in the following week with a Xbox series S and the same thing $40.The lady suggested I call around and check which I did and pawn depot offered $100 which she still didn't match and claimed pawn depot didn't hear me correctly. Needless to say I ended up at cash pawn and received $125. I would not bring my things to these folks,that have little regard for your things, time and livelihood"
