"One of the most awful experiences I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done for me to pay the people and then give me an envelope. Thinking I filed my taxes for me to get home And find two envelopes inside the envelope, saying I need to mail the payment to the federal and state! Ridiculous that’s the whole reason why I came to H&R Block so I wouldn’t have to handle none of this. Not to mention the $191 I have to send the federal and the $24 I have to send the state. Thanking the $400 I spent at H&R Block took care of all that"

The wait time is usually less than 10 minutes or maybe a little more if they're busy but it's worth the wait. I have one particular person I ask for because I feel comfortable with him when going over my tax and he always points out specific things that can help me get the most out of my return. It's a pleaure working with H & R Block for my tax needs and will continue to use them in the future."
