"Phone support was friendly enough, however the Rep has yet to call me back & it has been months. I was clearly able to describe our needs & am even willing to work via email, but it seems they don’t want our business. I’m not sure if this is standard practices or this particular reps ineptitude, or because we are a very small school. It’s extremely frustrating especially given the fact that it is our schools first ever Senior Class"

"I ordered my daughter's senior package in September 2021 for the Class of 2022. As of May 12, 2022, no one at our school has received their full orders yet and this company keeps giving us the run around. Their graduation is in 10 days and we do not have announcements, thanks cards, and other merchandise everyone ordered and paid for 6+ months ago. I know it odes not take this long to print these items. Herff Jones is the biggest joke and an absolute disgrace. They deserve zero stars!!!!"

"Herff Jones himself claims to pride himself on customer service...what a joke! Minutes before the ring ceremony, he notified my daughter that her ring did not come in. Then proceeded to blame it on the fact that we ordered late (4-5 weeks prior). MINUTES, not days...and then claimed he didn't have the paperwork with him to be able to tell her when it would come in! So, if something is wrong with your payment...they will call you. But, if your ring doesn't come in time for one of the most memorable days in High school, they tell you right before and shove a sample ring in your hand. My daughter was so upset...not because her ring didn't come in...but because she wasn't told ahead of time and she felt humiliated in front of her family. Herff himself got a little snippy, when I told him of my grievance. Another instance where they really don't care, you are just another sale. I hate to imagine what they are like if you have a problem with ring itself! I would not recommend to buy from them. Go to a local jeweler and order your ring, stay away from Herff Jones."

"It may be hard to get them on the phone or catch them in the building,but that's bc they go to many different schools.Iwent in person to get my son's ring . They were very helpful and I plan on going back for my other son ring in the next few months."

"HORRIBLE COMPANY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES!This company must be sending bonuses and Bahamas Trips to someone associated with the school system. It is disgusting to allow a company serving students the upper hand during graduation time. This is a time to celebrate, and to have them nickel and dime students is unacceptable. The fees added are only necessary to feed the greed, there is an additional $22 for handling and delivery from each students, though, You are located within a 10 mile radius from the school, an additional $25.00 for RUSH, what is RUSH? a late order for you to go in the warehouse and pull the order. $61.90 for cap and gown, and some say you request the gown back. So you are RENTING a Gown retail cost $12.95? .Total spent $122 for a $61.90 package due to the greed allowed by the school. STEP UP EAST JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL AND FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!"
