"As I read through the reviews written by other people, I gasp because my experience with Mark’s was of the opposite extreme. I ordered a door from Mark’s in April and Cody became very unprofessional and irate when I contacted him several times because the door I purchased was not installed properly. It’s now the end of July and the problem still exists. According to Cody, the problem is between me and the installer…..an installer that was sent by Mark’s to install the door!!! I asked to speak to the owner but, Cody and the woman at the counter refused to provide a name/phone number. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. Make it right and do better going forward!!"
