Our Tech Levi was very knowledgeable about the product and was helpful in explaining how to use it and how to set up the app to operate it remotely. We’ve even invited our sons to use the app to enter the garage whenever we’re away from the house or whenever it’s raining just to get out of it quickly through the garage. "I would recommend Cajun overhead doors due to the fact of professional service. The pricing was in line with our other bids. What stood out to us is the professional and courtesy of the staff we were dealing with. We had them installed in October 23 and had a problem last week probably due to something I did wrong. They came out the next day and took care of it no questions asked etc. As soon as they made the work order I received a text showing the work order. When the guys were on the way I received a text and a phone call letting me know they were on the way. We did have a time set and they were there 15 minutes before that time. Also once the job was completed I spoke with the service tech and went over a few things. Once he left I received a text with an invoice showing the work and 0 balance. They are professional and stand behind their product I would recommend. This is our experience."
