"Marquez Construction LLC installed a custom-built fireplace into our home and we love it! Our home was constructed without a fireplace and I really wanted one and decided to go with Marquez Construction and I'm glad I did. This was my first remodeling/construction project so I was a little nervous at first about how things would turn out. But once they got started, everything started coming together just as I had hoped. They built the mantel and surround and fulfilled all of my detailed design requests. The end result exceeds my expectations. Their work was timely and precise and I am extremely pleased. They also repaired and painted one of the walls in our living room. They are highly dependable, very skilled, and the crew is very polite. So excited to have my dream fireplace! We have one more project that we hope to start soon, so we will be turning to them again in the near future. Highly recommend them!"
"These guys are excellent workers. Very professional and show up on time. Excellent work and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The owner is always on site and wants to make sure everything is done correctly. I am very pleased with the work and impressed at how fast they work. They showed up with 9 people to knock out whatever needed to be finished. Amazing job."
"I would not recommend them for gutters! They subcontracted out the job, tried double charging me and they used cheap clips! Its been less than 3 weeks and they are already coming down. VERY Disappointed. I should have known better when someone says they can start same day. I have had 3 other companies come out and they all agreed they used Cheap clips and the could have added 2 more down spouts for the price they charged me. I sent a pic of the gutters drooping on Friday morning. He said he would send someone out to fix it. We will see. Not the same day response when they wanted the job."
"They did a fantastic job on my floors. I had the carpet in my house completely removed and replaced with laminate and they were phenomenal. The crew was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will use them for future projects."
