"Perhaps the flowers are nice. I’m sure they are but I stopped by to look around and the lady that came from the back of the shop was not what I would consider friendly or helpful. I’d personally use a word that isn’t appropriate for a google review. I can assure you that I wouldn’t buy flowers from someone like that if it were the last floral shop in business. It’s petty to post a bad review like this but if you can treat people kindly, you don’t deserve good ratings in my opinion."

"Today was my fiancé birthday and I ordered flowers from another florist in the area online. Only to be contacted 2 hours later to be told they were out of flowers. Well whenever I contacted Sloane’s I talked to them on the phone, told them what happened and that I really wanted to get flowers to her today. I simply gave the guy (Glenn) who answered, her favorite flowers, colors and my budget. I expected that it would be late this afternoon before she called or texted me to tell me she got them. They were a surprise. But the real surprise was she texted me a picture of the bouquet within an hour!! Not only did I never see the arrangement but just gave them a few small keys and they nailed it! Knocked it out the park!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! They are fast, professional, affordable and have amazing work! Very good customer service!! Thanks y’all!!"

"Sloanes stole from me a few years ago. Paid $50 plus to have flowers delivered to my mother on mother's day. Never got delivered. Owner suggested I pick the flowers up 3 days later after they failed. I asked for my money back and she stated it was my problem not hers and that I should be grateful to her business"

"Called on a Saturday. Spoke to Sloan. She helped me decide on an arrangement for my 90 year old MIL. Needed delivered on a Monday and even though they are closed on Mondays she got the delivery done. Such a beautiful arrangement and on a Monday. She rocks! A++ service!"
