"Linda has been my provider since I started getting my shots. She has been the main reason I go to you. She makes sure I am well taken care of. This type of care is hard to find. I feel as I am getting the best care possible. I recommend your services to others due to the care and attention I get."
"I have a complicated medical history but the doctor, nurse practitioner and the nurse took their time and explained everything. I left feeling well taken care of."
"My Allergy doctor is Dr. Sarah Qayum. She is very sweet and concerning about my allergy needs. I was having a skin disorder since September 2022. I had all kind of allergy tests done with no resolve; I continued to have unknown breakouts since April 2023. I was getting depressed and insecure about my skin due to not knowing what was causing these outbreaks. Dr. Qayum was so worried and concerned about me and referred me to get a biopsy to find out why I was having these unusual outbreaks on my skin. Thank God! After all the tests I've undergone, I finally had exact results to what the diagnosis was and steps to go about how to treat my skin disorder. Kudos to Dr. Qayum, she is a Heaven sent...I recommend her to anyone. Thank You Dr. Qayum."
"We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Schneider to see our two year old son who suffers from frequent and chronic allergies (We were attempting to make sense of it and determine the causes). From the moment he entered the room, it felt as if we were inconveniencing the good doctor. It did not feel like he was listening to what we were describing. It felt more as if he had already made up his mind exactly what was happening and our details did not fit his schema. So, they were dismissed almost as if what we were telling him, simply could not be. At one point, I lowered my mask to speak to him, and was given a lecture of the purpose of wearing a mask and how they are ineffective if worn below the nose. Got it! Thanks! Later in the visit, my son (who was admittedly being a bit cantankerous) grabbed a latex glove and was putting it on his hand. Dr. Schneider was not too pleased with this and gave another lecture on how his gloves were expensive. He attempted to make it come off in a passively joking manner. But, it fell flat and his true intentions of the statement were crystal clear. Toddlers will be toddlers. If the glove is really THAT big of a deal, bill me for it. It really felt as though he did not have much of a tolerance for young kids and we had somehow committed an offense by bringing him. That feeling was extremely palpable for the entire visit, right down to the way he impatiently and quite loudly struck the keys while making notes on his laptop. Further, he made it a point to inform us of his colleagues and the clinic that was closer to us in Hammond. Even after we informed him that we were aware of the Hammond office and had scheduled the appointment at his specific clinic for a reason (because a family member had a similarly bad experience at the Hammond office). He later referenced it again in an attempt suade us in that direction for future visits. We finished the appointment, scheduled some further tests/labs, exchanged pleasantries, and went on our way. Overall, it was a bad experience. We never really felt welcomed or listened to by the doctor (although his staff was EXCELLENT. I feel it important to note that). Rather, we felt treated as if we did not know what we talking about when it came to our own son and were a complete inconvenience to his day. If we can help it, we will find another doctor. Who knows? Perhaps the good doctor was just having a bad day. Unfortunately, first impressions are the most lasting."
"Today we met MIA. My son was scheduled for an allergy test. He was terrified. Mia was amazing. She let him have his moment to be scared. And then she talked him through the entire process on his level. She never seemed frustrated that it took a while to talk him into letting her draw his blood. She was so patient and kind. I was very grateful for her professionalism and compassion, which is very rare. When we got in the car he said, “she was the best”. Thanks Mia! Jamie and Landon"
