"Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. Recently I opened a savings account and it is not even connected to my checkings account. I called several times. I want to close the account, they won't let me. Promises, promises.. I am waiting for some form to arrive, it's been "sent out" 3 times already during 6 week period. I have my address on both accounts, I give it to them every time I call, still nothing. They simply don't care. Maybe if you have millions in your account. Otherwise they kust want you to keep the account so they statistics looks good on the paper."

"Do not trust this bank with your money! I tried to stay with Wells Fargo after all the news of how they scammed people, but now I've been scammed. I opened my account over a decade ago. I've never paid fees for having a bank hold my money (because I know they make interest on my money already). I don't make enough to share with billionaires. Last year, during the height of COVID, WF decided to start charging fees for checking accounts with a balance under $500. Fine. I keep my balance above that amount. Today, a year-and-a-half later, I see a charge on my savings account (which they made me set up to avoid fees on my checking account, over ten years ago) for my balance being under $300. If they sent me a notice about this, I didn't get it. I can't say this enough...Do not trust this bank with your money!"

"So I'm having to hunt down an old 401k plan that was started under an old job. Was trying to get information on when account was transferred out and the most rude lil dude I've ever spoke to told me to just call another company. Hes lucky I don't remember his name or id file a report on him. Absolute worst customer service i have ever encountered and as being a bartender and knowing how important customer service is to a company I hope wells Fargo finds this boy and fires him because he has completely disgraced their company's name with his attitude"
