"Horrible place , staff is useless and rude. They put my loved one in a dirty room with no air and trash, and soild linens from another person who was in the room. Gross.."

"The worst place ever, nursing staff should be fired immediately. When I asked for help with my family member the nurse would get an attitude, I was scared to ask them for help because I didn't want the staff to hurt my cousin when I wasn't with her. My family member teeth were knocked out and no one knows what happened. She had her teeth on Thursday evening when I left St. Thersa but the next morning she didn't have some of her teeth, I'm not talking about dentures. I will not stop until someone help me close this place down. As far as the Dr. we never saw him and he never called my family. My cousin died in that place. Please take your love one some place else run fast. God is good that place will be shut down. It should be named we don't give a damn, and not St. Thersa"

"This is the mostly un-Godly place in the world for patient care. I was placed in St. Theresa after a stay in ICU at East Jefferson Hospital and if I had a dog that was ill I would not place it in this facility. The staff is totally uncaring, heartless, some are cruel and most should not even be hired to work in a dog pound. If you have a loved one who needs care, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS FACILITY, find somewhere else. How could they name this after a saint???? This facility gets a zero for patient care. "This is the worst hospital I have ever had the horrible misfortune of dealing with. The nursing staff have been so impersonal and carry such a bad attitude. I complained about neglect and insensitive care and later when we found our father laying in a bed of cold urine the charge nurse Inga told us to gather all our personal items and leave the room, when we refused she called security! Then when we retreated and asked to talk to the Dr. in charge the charge nurse followed and did not give us any space or privacy. The staff are cold and are very rude to family members, I am in shock that the nurse would do that, create such a drama in a dying man's room and create even more heartbreak for family members. She is an example of a blatant misuse of power and I pray that no one has to deal with such horrible treatment at the end of a loved ones life. This Hospital and staff needs to be investigated for neglect and improper care."

"The nurses treat patients like they are on an assembly line. Horrible bed side manner, a new nurse almost every time we came so there is little to no relationship between patient and staff. I'm horrified at what healthcare in our country has turned into, it's a business. And the sicker the more money the facility makes, there is no incentive to heal patients. There is a lack of care, impersonal and ignorant staff. Please do not choose this hospital, it's too late for us and no one should see someone they love go downhill so quickly from the people we trusted. God save our sick and elderly from this horrible system."
