"I’d suggest going to any other ENT in Acadiana if you have the option to do so. We have had nothing but horrible experiences with this location. My wife went in to have a hearing test performed on my 4 year old son. My son has been traumatized from when he was 1-2 years old with ear infections and febrile seizures going to ER and being poked and prodded with needles. He is terrified of having to go to the doctor for anything. The person performing his hearing test made snarky remarks when my son was fussing about the test saying “come on, their are 1 year olds that don’t fuss about this.” Then when my son continued to fuss, he said under his breath, “I’m not putting up with this from a child this late in the day.” This gentleman was very lucky that I was not able to attend this appointment or he would have had a much bigger problem than my child fussing. My wife has also had issues with the front staff giving her smart remarks over the phone. My wife has never missed an appointment and has always been early to each one. She forgot about an appointment not too long ago and called to apologize when the receptionist stated, “your appointment was for 4 o’clock and it’s 4:30, it’s a little late to call don’t you think?” Like I have stated previously, do not use this ENT unless you’d like to be treated like garbage. Find a clinic that is actually professional and treats you like such."
