"I came to get a citizen watch looked at because the chronograph wasn’t working properly…The ladies were very helpful & offered to change the battery/capacitor, but couldn’t say for sure if that was the problem. I am new to the watch scene & understand it’s sometimes a little pricey, but I couldn’t pay $50 to change a battery if I didn’t know that would fix the issue. All respect… there business is very nice & they were very respectful, I just felt $50 for a battery was a little high."
