"Where do I start I would give them a big fat zero for the start.. First off bought a 10 k chain a week ago and it probably was fake. Went on a cruise ship took a shower and how weak and horrible their chains are it just fell off. When I went to take it back and asked them to fix the chain they tried to charge me just to get the chain fixed that they sold me that's just bad business. I will never recommend this business to no one, if I owned a business or ran a business like that i wouldn't tell someone that bought my product that you have to pay for the product I sold you to get fix. I could go on and on, about how bad the customer service and their product is. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ARE BUY ANYTHING... EVERYTHING THERE IS VERY POOR QUALITY AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"$260 dropped down to $120 dropped down to $80 for a fake ring!!!! SCAMMED. They'll lie to your face saying it's a lab diamond and sterling silver. They don't tell you there's no refunds until after you buy it, he said there's a no refund sign , he pointed down at the table and in tiny letters it said no refunds. Can't believe it. I'm heartbroken to know that my boyfriend tried to buy me a promise and got scammed instead. We drove 2 hours home thinking it was real and had to drive 2 hours back when we realized the flaws on the ring. Got there and no refunds. So he went to Gordon's and had it tested and they said It was worth $5. He ended up buying another ring. Never again I hope something happens to their small family business of scamming people why does Alexandria Mall even allow this!! They won't let people under 18 go into the store after 5 without guardians or parents but will allow this!!????!!! +do you really think it's smart when you get left outside by yourself in a truck in a parking lot where someone or anyone could mug you at gun point while your boyfriend goes inside trying to get his money back for a worthless piece of junk that he paid $80?????"
